The team leader is responsible for leading tasks associated with Batavia outbound. This means leading tasks including but not limited to check in, matching, sorting, packing, processing, and all other functions to support processing outbound orders. Use of the Warehouse management system (WMS) and Radio frequency devices (RF’s) may be required to carry out processing of material, and to maintain inventory integrity. Your Impact: - Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. - Identify and report faulty equipment, damage, and safety concerns to Supervisor immediately. - Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure a safe and positive work atmosphere. - Leads various tasks throughout Batavia including, but not limited to: - Check-in, matching, unpacking, matching, counting, sorting, packing, and processing. - Teach, train and communicate safety, quality, and productivity standards - Motivate and engage o...
