Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Advisor & Instructor to join our Marine team in Kennesaw, GA . In this role, you will provide timely and effective technical and administrative support to outboard dealers and Yamaha outboard retail customers. You will also deliver instructor-led training to marine technicians on a rotating schedule from September through May. This position requires strong technical expertise and a broad understanding of advanced marine technologies. What you'll be doing: - Retrieve inbound phone calls from Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) that are offered by Yamaha Outboard dealers. - Document precisely, the required retail customer and dealer contacts, within the Seibel call management program. - Provide advice and assistance as requested from another Technical Specialist. - Provide warranty authorizations and claim assistance to Marine dealers. - Assist with the arbitration of dealer and retail customer requests, including the authorization of customer assistance. - Interface with other Marine Group personnel as needed to assist in the decision-making process for determining product assistance. - Evaluate dealer request for field service assis...
