What’s the role?: As a Delivery Lead , you will lead and manage program and project activities delivering data solutions for the Group Business Units Solutions & Platforms team, supporting Westpac’s strategic goals and business outcomes. You will oversee delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality, managing risks, financials, and governance reporting. You will ensure adherence to data management standards and Agile frameworks, drive consistent delivery across squads, and support innovation through cloud and automation. Additionally, you’ll engage closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and SMEs to promote strong data practices and identify high-value opportunities across domains. You will build trusted relationships, influence decisions, and ensure alignment across business and technology teams while maintaining clear and effective communication.
