Sanitation Supervisor- 3rd Shift The Operations/Sanitation Supervisor position will be accountable for successful production startups and shutdowns. The Operations/Sanitation Supervisor will work with both the Kitchen and Pack Room Lead to ensure all CCP’s are being adhered in accordance with Land O’Lakes requirements. Operations/Sanitation Supervisor will review all Work Orders, to make sure Pack room and Kitchen have issued material and ingredients according to Bill of Material. The Operations/Sanitation Supervisor will instruct all Leads on the shift to report any changes to the normal Work Order procedures. Operations/Sanitation Supervisor will monitor all production lines to ensure all personnel are conforming to the required GMP and Safety procedures. Also, ensure that all associates follow all verbal and or written instructions of the Land O’Lakes policies, Quality Control and Management Staff requirements.
