Job Description: Industrial Engineering Lead (f/m/x) at MARS On-site Location: Poznań: As an Industrial Engineering Lead at Mars Wrigley, you will be responsible for owning long-term factory capacity and optimal resource management allocation. You will play an active role in the development and deployment of site investment plans, drive business performance improvement, and bring an external perspective to ensure the right level of business strategy understanding on site. What will be your key responsibilities? Stay in charge of long-term site capacity. Govern processes to ensure right assumptions for long-term capacity planning (e.g., efficiency rates, time available). Manage conflict between business objectives to ensure optimal resources are set up behind long-term supply plan delivery. Optimize site portfolio and design complexity. Govern optimal portfolio innovation deployment to the site. Support deployment of long-term capital investment strategy (drafts capital projects business cases preparation).
