Job Details Under the direction of the Operating Room Nurse Manager or Operating Room Clinical Practice Leader, the Surgical Tech Trainer functions as a member of the intraoperative healthcare team. He/she will oversee the onboarding, education, training and competency of surgical technicians. He/she will serves as the expert and consultant for all procedural areas throughout the organization related to sterile technique. He/she will collaborate with the Operating Room Clinical Practice Leader to support Peri-OP 101 training programs.
