The Opportunity: We're looking for a Technology and Business Analytics Manager to join our Melbourne office to establish and lead our Business Analysis practice. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), this is a high-impact leadership role sitting at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations, translating complex business challenges into clear, evidence-based analysis and actionable solutions. This isn't just a management role. You'll be the most senior practitioner in the team as it grows, personally leading the most complex analytical engagements while setting the standard for quality and rigour across the practice.
