This role is 100% remote-based and standard business hours Monday - Friday The Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the HR Department by managing full cycle onboarding and off boarding, running payroll reports and resolving discrepancies, coordinating annual training, ensuring compliance with Company policies, assisting with employee relations matters and audit requirements. This role serves as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries, partners closely with managers, IT, and payroll, and helps maintain accurate records and efficient processes across the employee lifecycle.
