In this role, you will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties while delivering friendly, professional service in alignment with MGM Resorts International standards. You will greet guests, manage multi-line phones, assist with inquiries and amenity reservations using UrVenue, process credit card payments, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all pool amenities, locations, and hours of operation.
