The Cardiac Cath Lab at Morristown Medical Center is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to join one of the most advanced cardiovascular programs in the nation. This is a rare opportunity to lead operations in New Jersey’s highest-volume Cath Lab , featuring: We are expanding from 5 Cardiac Cath Labs and 4 EP Labs to 7 Cardiac Cath Labs and 6 EP Labs to meet growing demand and continue delivering exceptional care. - Cutting-edge interventional procedures - A robust regional cardiogenic shock program - One of the largest structural heart programs in the country - The largest electrophysiology (EP) program in the state Monday – Friday: Education: License/Certification: - Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs, ensuring optimal workflow and patient throughput. - Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and institutional healthcare regulations and safety standards. - Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath and EP lab personnel. - Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care. - Develop and manage the labs’ operating and capit...
