The Social Media Manager plays a critical role in bringing our mission and brand to life across digital platforms through strategic storytelling, community engagement and innovative content development. This role is responsible for executing Texas Children’s social media strategy, managing day-to-day social media operations, overseeing content creation and fostering meaningful engagement with our audiences. The Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Public Affairs and clinical teams to ensure consistent messaging, strengthen online communities and support enterprise reputation management efforts.
