Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Customer Advocacy (“Voice of the Customer”) - Educate key internal stakeholders on customer supply chain expectations. - Provide feedback on Kraft Heinz’s performance to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. Strategic Partnership Development: - Build and enhance customer partnerships to create efficient supply chains that support mutual benefits, growth, and profitability. Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: - Analyze and monitor monthly KPIs to track service levels and efficiency performance. - Make proactive adjustments to improve performance metrics such as on-time delivery, case fill rate, and other key indicators. Cost Savings & Service Improvements: - Deliver specific, measurable cost savings targets and service improvements through process enhancements, corrective actions, and collaboration with logistics, planning, and customer service teams. Innovative Supply Chain Solutions: - Design and implement mutually beneficial supply chain programs that improve service, on-time performance, and/or reduce costs (e.g., Customer Backhaul Programs, Factory Direct opportunities).
