Description Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, on call rotation SUMMARY: Responsible for program maintenance, growth, and overall operation of the Community Residence on a day-to-day basis. Supervises and guides community residence staff in the effective delivery of services to program participants in a healthy, safe, and therapeutic environment. Ensures that all staff are implementing agency, state, and other regulatory body requirements. Must support a Person-Centered approach to client care. Shifts could include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as specified and requires participation in being on-call on a rotating basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for oversight of self and all program staff regarding compliance with the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs Code of Conduct. - Oversee the maintenance of the community residence and its conformity to health and safety requirements. - Manage crisis situations and support staff in providing wrap around care for residents - Provide for the physical needs of each resident through the provision of adequate food, shelter, and clothing as well as assisting with medicatio...
