Strategy and M&A Associate

Summary In this role, you will mainly support M&A in strategy definition, deal analysis and transaction execution . You will play a key role in analysing, modelling , due diligence coordination, and project management, ensuring timely reporting and alignment with executive stakeholders. The position offers broad exposure to high-impact initiatives and different stakeholders in Advario , requiring strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Major duties/ responsibilities: M&A Associate Core Responsibilities: Support end-to-end M&A transaction processes, including target screening, financial valuation , due diligence, deal execution, and integration planning. Build and maintain financial models for target evaluation, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and merger consequences modeling Support due diligence processes by coordinating data requests, analysing financial information, and preparing summary findings Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
