Academies of Math and Science: K-8 Music Teacher: Start Date: 26/27 SY: Location: 6633 W Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85033 Compensation Range: $48,331.25 - $54,571.88 (DOE) Key Responsibilities: Instruction & Student Achievement: Deliver standards-aligned music instruction that introduces students to foundational concepts such as rhythm, melody, harmony, and musical expression. Provide opportunities for students to engage in singing, movement, instrumental exploration, and music appreciation. Design engaging lessons that encourage creativity, collaboration, and performance. Differentiate instruction to support students of varying musical abilities and learning needs. Assess student progress in musical skills, participation, and understanding of musical concepts. Classroom Culture & Student Support: Establish and maintain a structured, positive, and high-expectations classroom environment.
