Department: 10122 Enterprise Corporate - Patient Safety Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Coordinators work 5 days weekly day shift Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Major Responsibilities: - Proficiently facilitates patient safety efforts and coaches others in the development of patient safety with emphasis on process redesign and zero harm. - Investigates and manages the resolution of all patient safety incidents. - Maintains records or patient related errors and evaluates this information in order to identify the root cause. Recommends changes, policies or programs that could prevent future occurrences. - Assists with the coordination of the annual analysis and implementation of the organizations Patient Safety Plan and development of the Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement Plan. - Prepares Quality reports, and presentations, in preparation of quality committee meetings - Coordinates department and facility Patient Safety meetings, analyzes trends, identifies opportunities for improvement, develops actions plans; measures success of these actions plans, and creates the records, and follow-up metrics for each m...
