Senior Validation Engineer

Job description

The Role: The Software Validation Engineer will define and implement test cases, and contribute to developing a testing framework to validate software components, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class software. Key responsibilities: – Defining general testing and validation practices and processes. – Designing, developing, and implementing testing and validation plans and procedures for individual artifacts, considering functional and non-functional requirements. – Championing the implementation of test cases, contributing tests when needed, and ensuring adding these becomes part of the team’s processes. These should include functional, regression, system, and performance tests, and use manual and/or automated techniques as required. – Ensuring tests are conducted, either through automated solutions or by proper established procedures. – Coordinating testing and validation for artifact qualification, quality assurance and release. - Make independent technical contributions to help their team deliver its commitments.
