We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Lead to oversee our portfolio of HR enabling technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) as well as other key HR platforms such as survey feedback systems and organizational modeling systems. The Senior Product Lead provides active thought leadership on best-in-class technologies and capabilities, collaborating with the business to evolve our products and drive innovation that benefits the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, building and maintaining strong relationships with Business Process Owners, and consulting and guiding the business on technology possibilities, limitations, and the implications of system changes.
