Classification Title: Environmental Health & Safety CDR I Classification Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and three years of appropriate experience. Job Description: Assists with the administration of the Indoor Environmental Quality Program and Exposure Monitoring Program, to include site assessments, air sampling, exposure monitoring, preparing reports, and equipment maintenance/calibrations. Assists with administration of the Asbestos Compliance Program, to include inspections of asbestos abatement sites, and sampling of suspected asbestos-containing material to evaluate regulatory and safety compliance Assists with administration of the Respiratory Protection Program, including fit testing for respirators. Conducts occupational safety assessments for Housing and Facilities Services shops. Coordinates permitting and compliance activities for the Aboveground and Underground Storage Tank (AST/UST) Program.
