Position Summary: The HVAC Senior Analyst administers repair services for high priority HVAC/R trades for CVS retail locations. In this role, you will be solely responsible for managing the assigned trade(s) and/or regions and will take direction from the HVAC/R manager. As an HVAC Senior Analyst, you will partner with the field Facility Managers in managing the work orders for their assigned trade(s)/territories. Your duties will include contacting and working with vendors to facilitate repairs, creating and reviewing work order requests, and reviewing and approving vendor proposals and invoices according to the department’s accounting and vendor contractual requirements.
