Job Summary The Manager, Health Information Management (HIM) is responsible for overseeing daily HIM operations to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of patient health records. This role ensures compliance with state, federal, and accrediting regulations, supports timely documentation and record completion, and collaborates with internal departments and providers. The Manager provides leadership in staff supervision, performance improvement, and the optimization of electronic health record (EHR) systems to support documentation, coding, and reimbursement workflows.
