Description Senior Accountant Reports to: Controller: Base Salary: $130,000-$150,000: Position Overview: We are a private equity-backed, globally operating company seeking a Senior Accountant to help drive the core accounting operations of the business. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting across multiple international entities The Senior Accountant will own the end-to-end close process, maintain robust accounting controls, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. While this role does not have direct reports, it requires strong collaboration with accounting peers and cross-functional stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment, accountability, and high-quality deliverables. As a key member of the finance team, you will ensure compliance with statutory and group reporting requirements in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, private equity-backed environment, exercising sound judgment, technical expertise, and proactive problem-solving.
