The Role The Privacy Counsel, as a member of the Corporate Legal team, will be responsible for supporting and advancing the Company’s global privacy and corporate product program with a strong focus on product counseling and advising the technology teams who support the Fanatics Corporate products (e.g., Fanatics ONE loyalty program, Fanatics Ads, etc.) Reporting to the VP Global Privacy and Corporate Product, this role is critical to ensuring that Fanatics’ products, platforms, and data-driven initiatives are designed and operated in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws while enabling innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling product, engineering, and technical teams, translating complex privacy requirements into practical guidance, and supporting fast-paced, technology-enabled businesses.
