RWE Americas, LLC To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent The Manager of Real Estate Portfolio will lead all real estate activities required to support the development, construction, and long‑term operation of natural‑gas‑fired power generation facilities across the United States. This role will oversee land acquisition, easements, access rights, option agreements, and real estate due diligence for both new development projects and acquired assets. The ideal candidate is a real estate professional with strong commercial negotiation skills, knowledge of complex land transactions, and experience coordinating with legal, development, engineering, and finance teams. This role requires excellent relationship‑building skills, the ability to manage multiple real estate processes simultaneously, and a high degree of comfort working across diverse geographies and regulatory environments.
