Employee Development Coach

Job description

As an employee development coach, you will provide personalized growth opportunities for more than 2,100 employees, including courses, workshops, coaching sessions, assessments, and applied research. You will create hundreds of opportunities for employees across all SCAD locations and formats, offer professional and leadership coaching to employees and university leaders, and support the university community through various training and development programs. These offerings — such as courses, workshops, coaching sessions, and their related materials — will be accessible both in person and online. Offerings include, but are not limited to, Leadership Playbook courses, the C-to-C mentoring program, SCAD Start employee orientation, assessments, annual meetings and retreats, and ad hoc development requests. Projects will align learning and development solutions for faculty, staff, and university leaders. As a member of the employee development team, you will contribute to SCAD’s mission by helping to develop and retain talent.
