This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing organized scheduling and communications with the leadership and field teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Operational & Administrative Support: Focusing on customer service, project scheduling, coordinating, routing for the crews and technicians and scheduling residential clients with new consultations. Scheduling clients will be a daily focus, managing the backlog for your designated area of support, being heavily focused and involved with the daily operations.
