Job DetailsJob Location: Lakeland, FL 33810Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $17.00POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the on-site coordination and supervision of the After School Program for children. Ensures that staff provides a quality after school experience through planning and leading age appropriate activities consistent with the YMCA mission and core values. Responsible for all record keeping required by the YMCA, PCSB, Early Learning Coalition, and State Licensing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensures that the daily program curriculum provided is within established guidelines consistent with the YMCA Afterschool Program, providing leadership and assistance to after school group leaders. Provide daily snacks, plans and implements program activities consistent with The Y’s Healthy Eating and Physical Activity Standards (HEPA). Ensures that the program activities are culturally relevant, developmentally appropriate and consistent with YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
