Electrical Components Engineer

Your Contribution As an Electrical Component Engineer reporting to the Head of AC Application Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the development, validation, and application of electrical components in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal cross‑functional teams. This role bridges technical engineering expertise with strong communication and project coordination skills to ensure that electrical components meet performance, quality, cost, and timing requirements. This role is responsible to: - Serve as the primary technical contact for customers regarding electrical component requirements, performance expectations, and integration support. - Collaborate closely with suppliers to define component specifications, review designs, support manufacturability discussions, and track development milestones. - Manage technical communication across engineering, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing stakeholders. - Develop and refine electrical component specifications based on customer requirements, industry standards, and application needs. - Evaluate supplier proposals and perform technical assessments to support sourcing decisions. - Guide components through t...
