Job Summary: The Head Coach position is responsible for planning, organizing and providing player coaching, skill building and direction at all practices, games, and tournaments throughout the season. This position administers and is responsible for the performance and conduct of the assigned team, including teaching skills and techniques while modelling and balancing hard work, fun and discipline consistent with Club goals and mission. Job Responsibilities: Plan and prepare a schedule of drills and objectives for each practice as well as game and tournament strategies consistent with all Policies, Code of Conduct, and Club Handbook.
