Food Safety and Quality Systems Director

Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs (FSQRA), you will lead the enterprise strategy for using data, analytics, and digital tools to strengthen food safety performance, elevate product quality, and support regulatory compliance across the manufacturing network. You will partner with technical and business teams to deploy and scale advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions while continuously evolving food safety information systems to deliver high‑quality, relevant insights that enable data‑driven decisions. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify business questions and problems that can be addressed through data and analytics. Engage directly with senior leaders on process optimization initiatives using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Define and own business requirements, priorities, and success criteria for data and systems initiatives, partnering with Information Technology to deliver outcomes aligned to business needs.
