The Residential Program Manager will maintain and monitor program execution at the site while also acting as a liaison for the Program Director and Staff. The Residential Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and incident reporting procedures. He/she will oversee and monitor all program logs and documentation. He/she will be responsible for sufficient number of staff to be on duty and available at all times to provide necessary and adequate safety and care. The Residential Program Manager will be expected to maintain and model, at all times, appropriate behavior and interactions for staff and clients.
