Company: Marsh Description: Job Overview We're looking to welcome within the team a recognized subject matter expert, that will be making an impact as an influential individual contributor. This person will manage large-scale strategic projects while coaching team members and solving complex problems. This position will include a portfolio of products and will require managing the priority roadmap for IT products to ensure that the applications deliver the required functionality to the company. Responsibilities & Duties: - Partners with Business Resiliency Management Leadership Team to set priorities and roadmaps for the products (i.e., Salesforce / Fusion, Everbridge, PowerBI, Mobile App) - Leads a discussion of the product life cycle with stakeholders - Provides input into BRM strategies as their trusted advisor - Supervises the work of the Senior Configurators - Contributes to continuous improvement of the product team, procedures, and processes by identifying short-comings, gaps, and inefficiencies - Manages a portfolio of products to the budget (resources and T&E).
