Job Summary: Lead, develop, negotiate, recommend and implement the insurance requirements of the Company by identifying, analyzing and measuring potential loss exposure and implementing optimal insurance solutions; lead the development, implementation and management of an insurance captive; lead all activities to effectively and timely collect insurance claims; manage a large and well established surety program; develop and present materials both internally and externally; maintain strong relationships with the underwriter and broker community; manage and develop junior members of team; and perform other tasks as required.
