This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. 💻 THE ROLE: We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Client Connectivity Support Engineer for an international project. 🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY: - Answer client calls and acknowledge client email incidents - Monitor daily message/file flows, detect and investigate failures or delays; analyses logs and alerts; resolve, root or escalate incidents across relevant teams - Act as the principal point of contact external partners, to ensure good coordination, timely resolution and clear updates on the incident resolution.
