Description JOB SUMMARY : Provide efficient, friendly service to guests. Prepare and serve menu items while assisting guests with sales. Maintain cleanliness and neatness of The Market while keeping the guests happy and providing any necessary assistance to them. Assist The Market manager with monthly inventory counting. Complete all necessary paperwork; account for sales, money and charges during shift. REPORTS TO: The Market Manager: PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: RESPONSIBLE FOR : Cleanliness of uniforms and your person. The Market keys, cash, and any charges made during shift worked. PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Must be able to stand entire shift. Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, lifting and walking. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Schedule includes weekends, holidays and shift work. Also, some extended hours and night shifts. All work takes place in the The Market. HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED: Hot cooking equipment, sharp knives can be dangerous if used in a careless manner.
