This position carries out treatment plans, documents progress and required processes, educates families and community partners and collaborates with physicians and other care providers. Services are clinic-based in both individual and group settings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position requires face to face interactions with staff, board, vendors, and the general public on a daily basis to accomplish all essential functions of the position.
