Job Description: The Manager of Enterprise Intelligent Automation will lead Enterprise Intelligent Automation (EIA) capability responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling AI-enabled automation solutions across the organization. This role oversees the development of automation strategies, governance, and delivery of intelligent solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. The Manager partners closely with business and technology leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions using modern AI and automation platforms. - Lead the Enterprise Intelligent Automation team responsible for strategizing, designing, developing, and supporting AI-enabled automation solutions across enterprise business functions, supporting internal operations and back-office processes. - Define and execute the enterprise intelligent automation strategy to support internal business operations, including adoption of generative AI, robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation, and decision automation platforms. - Identify high-value automation opportunities across business processes and prioritize init...
