KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Is responsible for generating cash collection via uploading invoices to supplier portals, pro-active calls or emails to meet cash collection objectives to the relevant customers. Pro-actively run reports to assigned clients on a regular basis to achieve business objectives related to cash collection and by that to achieve revenue for the organization . Supporting Customer service with relevant tasks as : customer complaints , quotations – when needed Our customers need to be served in a way that ensures getting the best support and service .
