Job description

Overview i3 is looking for a Software & Systems MBSE Engineer to join our team. The candidate will provide Software and System MBSE modeling guidance and support to a US Army government project office (PO), ensuring adherence to MBSE modelling of tactical software and standards to support fielding to US Army locations. Responsibilities: The candidate will provide software and system expertise to analyze software architectural design and requirements as well as perform independent analyses, studies, and design evaluations of software systems, subsystems, and equipment. The candidate will evaluate contractor’s engineering program plans to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. Candidate will make updates the MBSE Prime Item Development (PIDS) System Model, and the Computer Software Configuration Item (CSCI) Model based on their analysis performed. Candidate will use JIRA and Confluence to collaborate and track all ticket(s) information. Candidate will also utilize MagicDraw to update the PIDS/CSIC Models based on their analysis.
