Job description

The Solutions Engineering Analyst reports to the Director and will be supporting the development of tailored solutions for new and existing global opportunities. The role will partner with Business Leaders, Business Development, Account Executives, Workstream and Operational Leaders to help support strategies for business opportunities. ** This is a hybrid role and will be required to be in the Miami office 3 days per week *** Job Responsibilities: - Support the design of client-driven solutions by executing on unique business solutions for new and existing client base, strategic initiatives, and new product innovations. 40% - Be a resource in closing and implementing business while supporting the Director, Solutions Engineering in creating the technical Blueprint that will serve as the foundation of the client solution. - Provide subject matter expertise in support of the AE developing the business requirements with the PM and/or Implementation Manager. - Support the sales team in responding to Client RFPs and Proposals - Partners with Product Development and Compliance to ensure we operate within regulatory guidelines and internal policy. - Has Business Acumen and develops an und...
