Job DetailsJob Location: CRC - Wheeling, IL 60090Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly Job Title: Fitness Attendant: Job Status: Part Time – Non-Exempt Deparment: Park and Recreation Services: Primary Work Location: Community Recreation Center – Fitness Center Reports To: Wellness Membership Manager: Supervisory Responsibility: None: Position Summary: The Fitness Attendant will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Wheeling Park District fitness members and guests. Flexible schedule; various shifts on weekdays and weekends as designated by Wellness Membership Manager or Wellness Manager as necessary. The Fitness Attendant must have the availability to open the fitness center (4:45a) and close the fitness center (10:00pm). Essential Job Duties: Maintain and promote excellent fitness member relations and open communication with all current and potential new fitness members; handle any adverse situations with members.
