Sandvik Mining | Workshop Manager - Mackay, QLD Job Type: Full-Time: About the Opportunity: Sandvik Mining is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Workshop Manager to lead our Mackay Mechanical Cutting Aftermarket operation. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management, safety performance, people leadership and financial outcomes of the Mackay branch. This includes oversight of workshop operations, field service activities and technical support, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer, quality and budget expectations. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, strengthening customer partnerships and supporting sustainable aftermarket growth in alignment with Sandvik’s Sales Area and divisional objectives.
