Description The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center (Fred Hutch) and the University of Washington (UW) are jointly recruiting a full-time faculty-scientist at the Full Professor level without tenure due to funding (WOT.) The successful candidate will join the Translational Science and Therapeutics Division (TST) of the Fred Hutch, and the Division of Hematology and Oncology, Department of Pediatrics, at the UW. The primary appointment will be with Fred Hutch. Academic appointment at the University of Washington will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and academic rank. The position will allow for outpatient and/or inpatient clinical service. University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service. The successful candidate must have expertise in human immunology in health and disease and be engaged in laboratory-based and clinical research focused on characterizing the immune consequences of immunotherapeutic modalities in long-term survivors of cancer therapy, particularly that in childhood.
