ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC. As we scale toward €100m+ annual revenue by 2026, we are looking for two Performance Marketing Specialists (Google Ads) to each take ownership of paid search for one of our core brands and contribute directly to revenue growth. (Note: This is a single role, advertised across multiple locations to reach a broader pool of candidates.) This is not a junior role and not a “campaign management” position. You will be responsible for performance. That means owning results, making decisions, and improving outcomes, not just running campaigns. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and operate with a high level of independence.
