Facility Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina Department: Healthplex Job Family: Service Work Shift: Variable (United States of America) Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the pools. Works with staff members to provide all the services necessary that members would expect in the pool. Ensures there are adequate towels and supplies in the pool area and that the pools and pool decks are always clean. Major Job Functions The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this job. The incumbent may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below. In addition, specific functions may change from time to time: Ensures there are plenty of dry, clean bath towels that are folded and available for members use Cleans all wet areas, including cold plunge, whirlpool, tiled areas and pools Vacuums the pools as needed during each shift Assures lost items are turned into the front desk for safekeeping Completes duties on locker room roster as directed Lifeguards the pools at all times Assists with any emergency in the pool setting per aquatic policy Instructs swim lessons for children and adults Assists with...
