Description This role will be onsite at our Columbus, OH office, or can be filled in other corporate locations. Summary: As Huntington executes our Retail Banking Long-range Plan and positions the company for growth through market and geographic expansion, we must ensure that our physical spaces meet the evolving needs of our customers, colleagues and communities. The Physical Channels Innovation Product Manager is at the forefront of this strategy. The individual will be responsible for identifying new capabilities that support the bank’s business objectives of delivering Category of One Customer Experiences, being known for personalized advice, and growing through improved execution and thoughtful investments. They will lead initiatives through all phases of the project delivery lifecycle, beginning with ideation to business case approval to User Acceptance Testing and ultimately to Pilot and implementation. .
