This role will support Discovery Land Company's Hawaii projects and be based at the Makena Golf & Beach Club location, set on Maui, HI. Discovery is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. The Financial Analyst will support the financial affairs for the project's sales, development, and operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain working version of project business plans, ensuring that actuals tie to accounting systems and all forecast data including sales and development costs reflect current contracts and are consistent with business goals and objectives. Responsible for preparing the monthly investor report, which includes aggregating necessary financial information and preparing analytical commentary, soliciting and incorporating review comments from key project leaders, and assisting with the distribution of the report and preparation for monthly investor presentations on reported materials.
