Role purpose: Drive portfolio performance, strategic investment decisions, and long term value creation We’re looking for a commercially astute Investment Manager to play critical role in shaping and executing Vicinity’s investment strategy across a designated asset portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, capital allocation, portfolio optimisation, and stakeholder leadership, with meaningful exposure to senior executives, co-owners and investment governance forums. You’ll combine rigorous investment analysis with strong report writing and presentation skills, partnering closely with many Vicinity teams to drive total return outcomes for the asset portfolio.
