Full Time Hours: 3rd Shift (11:00pm - 9:00am) shifts available, including weekends and holidays, 40 hours/week Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Third Shift Residential Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within our Residential Community Homes. This role provides overnight oversight, guidance, and support to third shift staff while ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of individuals served. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, dependable leader, and advocate for person-centered care who can respond effectively to emergencies, monitor compliance, and promote a professional, compassionate environment during overnight hours.
