Job Summary The Engineering Apprentice is intended as a growth position for Darling Engineering functions. Educated and/or knowledgeable of mechanical and/or electrical concepts, project management, instrumentation, or continuous improvement, albeit "green" with respect to work experience. Apprentice will work closely with senior engineers to develop engineering strategies on the "enterprise" level. He/She will focus on gaining knowledge of the rendering process and equipment, capital expenditure (CapEx) evolution, control systems, and reliability practices.
